Prices for reviews, planning advice and training
What each service costs in pounds sterling, what is included, what can change the figure and how an enquiry becomes a written quotation and an invoice.
Work out a guide price for your project
Set the days of consultancy and the number of training sessions you expect to need. The estimate covers fees only; the final price depends on studio size, travel and how much documentation is required.
Your estimate
one-off
This figure is a guide only; the exact price is confirmed in a written quotation after a short conversation about your studio. VAT is added where applicable.
ContactFrom first enquiry to paid invoice
Nothing on this website is bought directly. Every piece of work begins with a conversation and a written scope, so you know what you are paying for before you agree. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, and cancellations follow our payment and refund policy.
Send an enquiry
Use the contact page to describe your studio, the equipment you use and the problem or project in mind. A short message is enough. Thomas reads every enquiry and replies with questions where the picture is incomplete.
Discuss the scope
We talk through your setup, what you want from the work and what you can provide beforehand. This may be by email or phone. We agree what is included and what falls outside it.
Receive a written quotation
We send a written quotation or confirmation giving the scope, the price in pounds sterling and anything that could change it, such as travel or extra documentation. You can take time to read it and ask questions.
Accept and schedule
When you confirm the quotation in writing, we agree dates that suit your production calendar. Changes or cancellations at this stage follow the payment and refund policy, which we point you to.
Invoice and bank transfer
After the work, or at the stage set out in the quotation, we issue an invoice. You pay by bank transfer using the reference shown. No card payments or online checkout are involved.
