Client feedback

Comments from studio managers, engineers and small broadcasters who have used our reviews, planning advice and training sessions.

Client comments

The written workflow review gave us a clear order of work. Daniel traced a recurring signal fault to a patching habit we had overlooked for years, and the report explained it plainly enough for the whole crew to follow and act on.

  • Amelia sorted out a lip-sync drift that had bothered us for months. She explained where the delay was entering the chain, and we now check it ourselves before every live programme.

Craig Ellison · Production engineer, community television channel
  • The lighting plan covered rigging points, colour temperature and power draw in one document. Our electrician could price and install from it without further questions.

Priya Nandakumar · Head of production, small corporate studio
  • Our control room is compact, and the layout advice made better use of every desk position. Thomas kept the scope and quotation clear from the first conversation.

Written reports

Every review ends in a written report rather than a verbal summary. It names what we looked at, what we found and what we would change first. Findings are described in the vocabulary your crew already uses, so engineers and managers can read the same page and agree on priorities without a separate briefing.

Fit to the room

A compact studio and a large one need different answers. We start from your space, your existing equipment and your budget, then recommend changes that suit them. That often means adjusting what you own before suggesting anything new, and saying plainly when an upgrade would not help.

Skills that stay

Our training sessions are built so that the crew can repeat the checks afterwards. We show how to test timecode, trace a signal path and log a fault, using your own equipment where possible. The aim is that your team understands the system rather than depending on us to run it.
